Appointment Scheduling Policies – Garage2TN Appointment Confirmation Each appointment booked online or by phone will be confirmed by email, text message, or call. Without confirmation from us, the appointment will not be considered confirmed. Punctuality We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled time to adhere to the schedule and provide optimal service. A delay of more than 15 minutes may result in the appointment being rescheduled, depending on our mechanics' availability. Cancellations or Modifications Cancellations or modifications must be made at least 24 hours in advance. For any changes, contact us by phone or via the confirmation email. Estimated Time and Costs Repair times may vary depending on the type of service and the condition of the vehicle. The prices provided at the time of booking are for informational purposes only. An accurate quote will be confirmed after the vehicle has been diagnosed. Deposit or down payment (if applicable) For certain repairs requiring special parts, a deposit may be required at the time of booking to guarantee parts and service availability. No-shows In the event of a no-show without prior notice, we reserve the right to request a deposit for future appointments.
